Oh yeah, to explain this:

I imagine I'll have to start doing things like job interviews soon. Sadly enough, I do feel that the addition of makeup to my face makes a positive impact, exudes a more professional image, etc. I wish it weren't that way, but oh well. When done right (and I believe what I'm wearing now is done right, go me!) I feel pretty in it, too. I don't normally feel pretty - cute, good-looking, sexy even sometimes. Not pretty.

I would first like to point out that I think you are pretty without makeup, but I do think that you look beautiful in that picture. It's a very nice pic.
