If there was any doubt that I am the lingerie queen, check this out:

  • 18 bras (3 white, 1 off-white, 1 pink, 2 black lace, 1 blue-black stripe, 1 lavender velvet w/ silver stars, 2 white strapless, 1 silver shimmer, 1 purple-green tye-dye print, 1 blue geometric print, 1 multi-colored sparkly swirl print, 1 black/purple plaid with iridescent dots, 1 multi-colored glittery stripes, 1 purple shimmer)


  • 5 sports bras (1 black, 1 grey, 1 purple, 2 white)


  • 57 pairs of underwear (7 string bikinis, 19 bikinis, 10 high cut briefs, 1 boy-leg brief, 1 boxer, 18 thongs, 1 g-string)


  • 6 slips or other types of control devices (meep)


  • 1 corset (it's special so I don't count it in the last part. black velvet, yum)


  • 1 black lace garter belt


  • 10 pairs sexy sleepwear (1 black mesh sleepshirt, 1 hot pink satin apron top (hard to describe), 3 satin or silk chemises (little dresses), 1 satin nightgown, 2 pairs satin boxer pajamas, 2 pairs velvet pajamas)


  • 11 pairs tights/nylons (1 purple, 1 lavender knee-highs, 1 silver sparkle, 1 navy/hunter/wine argyle, 1 green, 1 navy, 2 nude, 1 grey, 1 black, 1 black lace pattern)


Dammit Jason. I need more excuses to wear all this fun stuff!

Hehe, my shoe collection would make Imelda cry. It's not very large. Maybe I'll catalog that another night.

As for storage:

Bras are either in the top drawer of my dresser with socks, or hanging to dry on the back of my door (since I don't put them in the dryer - it's not condusive to a long life).

Underwear have recently been relocated and (sheepish grin) live in a walmart sack hanging on my doorknob. I need to find a place for them. They used to live in the sock/bra drawer, but that thing started getting too full to open and close right...

Everything else lives in the second drawer in my dresser, the misc. drawer. My workout wear stays in there too (not just the sports bras, the leggings and joggin' pants too).

You don't have to pay $125 for just regular old silk boxers, and I consider those sexy enough. *shrug* I'm not quite sure why "smaller and tighter" is so popular for men's underwear, I never liked it... but then again, I go for skinny pale computer geeks.

But I'll definitely agree, girls get to have a lot more fun with underwear than guys do.
