Note to self: next time you try making baked tofu, either cut thicker slices or bake for a shorter amount of time. While what you have created is still tasty, it is probably more accurately called tofu crispies, and might be good for breakfast as it'll probably stay crunchy, even in milk.

They need a little (garlic) salt, but I was definitely munching on one as I put them away for later - NOT in the trash!
