Hrm. I have myself in a bit of a corner. I'm supposed to be in a LARP this weekend, Friday through Sunday, at Brandeis, but:
I haven't read any of the game docs yet, not even my character sheet.
I don't have anything resembling a costume, especially a mask, which is necessary.
I don't have crash space at game site (Brandeis/Waltham), which means I'd have to commute home every night via the 70/70A bus or the commuter rail.
I won't even get there Friday until quite late, 9pm or later.
I have almost no money over rent, which is due at the end of the week, and gaming generally involves going out to eat.
While excited about the cool people who are signed up for the game and the cool people running it, I don't actually have much excitement about the game itself, or gaming this weekend in general.
I really don't want to drop this game32 days before it runs, especially since I think
zrealm and his crew are awesome and don't deserve crappy players who punt. And I really do want to hang out with some of you other awesome folks. But I'm just not prepared, at all, and I don't know that working 12-8 for the next two days really gives me the option to prepare for game... and there's the money issue. Bleh.
I really don't want to drop this game

That said, if you really can help me out with, say, wherever we all go out to eat for Dead Dog, I would really appreciate it. That's the meal I'm really concerned about, since Dead Dogs seem to be at Real Restaurants and not junk food. ;)
Thank you.
