"Prop" is short for propers, which itself is short for "proper respect" (and similar sentiments).
"Mad" means "a great deal of" or "a great many". Usage is very similar to "wicked". The implication is that an insane amount of the thing in question is present.
Perhaps the use of "lol" after the question mark might have helped to convey the intent better, if this is what you were referring to in the "rant" post?
