RI Drum Corps show, July 3!

londo's mother likes me very, very much and alerted me to this event: The Bristol, RI 4th of July Summer Music Preview, a Drum Corps International official event. It will be held on Tuesday, July 3rd, 7pm, at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol, Rhode Island. The list of performing corps includes the corps that won nationals in 2005 (when they were held in Foxboro and I went) and two other corps that also regularly score in the top 10, as well as three lower-level corps that I don't know much about.

I am going. londo will be out of town. I want folks to join me! I am interested in getting reserved seating, if it's still available, which will cost $20-25. Lawn seating is $10 per person or $35 for four.

I like drum corps very, very much.

This is the 2nd time this week someone I know has mentioned Bristol, NH. There's this beautiful place there where you can have outdoor weddings...something we're considering.

The only thing holding me back is not knowing when alexx_kay is having his birthday party. His birthday is on the 4th, and since that would be a day people had off of work, he could possibly have the party on that day. I feel I've already promised to go, even though he hasn't set the specifics yet, so if he schedules it on the 4th I would be going to that.

Otherwise, it sounds good to me! londo will be out of town then, so it'd just be me.
