3 hours since last incident, I've drank a 20oz of water, and my stomach is growling mightily. Assumedly - hopefully? - done. Blegh.

I have ginger tea here that does wonders for my tummy, but alas, I'm in Maryland. I'd send you some, but alas, I doubt it would get there in time to be useful! *weeps*

On the few occassions that I've had to empty my stomach, I would do just that. Move around and essentially agitate the stomach until empty. Then proceed to eat dry crackers, I guess the saltines variety. Drink just enough water to help the crackers go down. It seems harsh, but I get over things faster than by trying to wait it out. (a few hours at the most) If things are already over, dry crackers and water might calm stomach down and get rid of what I assume will be hunger pangs shortly.
