Pffft!!!!! I've been working on one of several similar documents (others have their own version since each document is for a single location) since last June. Sometime last November, the documents were declared living documents. We are still modifying and updating them and the expectation is that the documents will out-live us all. Still, congrats on clearing your desk a bit :P
