1/3 cup canned pears in pear juice
2 cups skim milk
1 multigrain tortilla (1 point)
1 egg, scrambled
1/4 cup canned kidney beans, smushed up so as to mimic refried beans
2 spoonfuls of salsa
2 Tbl fat-free sour cream

Lunch:
2 slices Weight Watchers brand whole wheat bread (1 point)
1 Boca burger (roasted garlic flavor)
1 tsp honey mustard (0 points)
lettuce, onion, tomato
1 Claussen Kosher dill pickle half
1 carrots
1 large kiwi
2/3 bag Act II light butter popcorn (4.5 points)

Dinner:
2.5 cups brown rice (with seasonings!)
1 grilled skinless boneless chicken breast
1 cup wax beans

Today I'm doing an experiment - tuna salad by mixing canned tuna with ff sour cream. I hope it's not awful...

FF sour cream is really versatile.
