Dear outdoors,

You can stop being so grey now. Ugh. Sunlight is, in fact, a good thing.

If not, well, I'm leaving you to go to Arizona in two days anyway, and I suppose I'll get all the sun I want (and more) when I get there. :P

Love,
juldea

Ugh. I don't even want to think about winter. This has been a pretty dismal summer, overall - very few "nice days" on the weekends. I can't express how many times I've been tempted to play hooky from work.

Another month or so, and I'll be driving home in the dark... and then I'll get a brief reprieve when we turn the clocks back... and then I'll be living my life in the dark for a while. Ugh.

Sad isn't it :( Today when we got up it was pitch black and stayed dark to grey until about 8 when it then started to downpour so needless to say it's still dark and raining here pretty much, makes me sad. :(

If you came to Oklahoma for a few days, you'd appreciate that cool weather. It's 95 degrees and cloudless today. It's been like this every day for the last 4 1/2 months or so. The heat index today is 100 effing degrees.

Me want winter.
