I'm still here...
18 May 2001 16:17Haven't left for food or anything. Rachel decided to stay online (yay!) and we've been dorking around all night. Dorking as in being dorks, not as in anything involving dolphin penises (penii). If you haven't gone to www.engrish.com from her page, go NOW. You'll laugh your socks off.
FOOOOOOOODDD!
Someday I'll be a beautiful butterfly and you'll be sorry!
Yesterday near the end of the day at work I went to the break room, filled a glass with ice and sugar, and then noticed that there was no tea in the pitcher. Somehow this made me bring my icey sugary water glass back to my office and sit it on the table. This morning I took a big swig of water. Oops.
So, what's for dinner tonight? Anyone want thai?

on 18 May 2001 14:24 (UTC)YES i want thai. NOW. and i do NOT want to pay the equivalent of 25 dollars for it. for a portion that's about half the size. and a limited amount of rice. and no refills. and it just overall sucks compared to thai kum koon so much that i could seriously get angry thinking about how long i'll have to go without. and it's not like the food is even better. it's not as good as thai kum koon (not even CLOSE to sala thai) and there is no nui!
(i think i might cry)
but i guess i should be happy that there is a thai place at all, and within walking distance of our apartment, at that. and they DO have the best spring rolls i've ever had. so nyah.
how long are you going to be in norman? i don't know when we're coming back to the states, but i'll need to make a thai kum koon run when i arrive.
