londo didn't ... there's this thing he normally does on some mornings ... well he didn't do it in the normal manner today, and I was looking forward to it, and so that made me grumpier. I snarked at him for a while, running myself even later and missing my shower. Then I missed my bus, meaning a longer wait out in the cold, and catching the less-useful (doesn't go to the front door of work) bus... which I fell asleep on, waking up at the end of the line and not where I wanted to be. I made my way back, ending up :30 minutes late for work. Did my thing here for a while, continued being bitchy (especially at londo), and then was late for a staff meeting because I didn't keep track of the time.
The upside is that the end of the staff meeting was marked by the sudden appearance of chocolate birthday cake and my office singing me happy birthday. Good cake, too. Yay.
I just have to make it through the next 3 hours, and then I can get on a bus to Worcester, where I will have another birthday celebration (eating at O'Connors withanitra and nightskyre) and hug londo a lot. And sleep.
