bruised butt!

This morning, while taking the trash out, I failed to notice that the steps from the front door down to the sidewalk were covered with ice. I stepped down onto the first one and did a CLASSIC banana-peel slip, falling on my butt onto the edge of the step. And sending trash everywhere. I collected myself and have spent the entire day acutely aware that there was probably a nice bruise forming on my behind.
I was right.
If you are interested in JUST seeing the bruise with no identifying features (i.e. it could be on my calf for all you know), click here and here.
