GIMP is a Linux thing (GUI I think)... unless I've completely lost my mind and that's not a unlikely thing this late.

Gimp is the General Image Manipulation Program. It's a photoshop type program, originally for Linux but now ported elsewhere (including windows)

I knew I had seen it somewhere before. I just couldn't remember where. I think I have it with my copy of Mandrake. It has some image program and I'm pretty sure that's it.
