1. Go To http://www.mapquest.com/directions/
2. Enter your current address and the address of your childhood home (or at least the town if you don't remember the exact address)
3. Put the time and distance in a post like this:

Total Est. Time: 20 hours, 27 minutes Total Est. Distance: 1349.45 miles

That was for birthplace. Then we moved...
Total Est. Time: 46 hours, 55 minutes Total Est. Distance: 3131.57 miles
And moved again... to Hawaii. No driving there. And then again...
Total Est. Time: 26 hours, 40 minutes Total Est. Distance: 1631.81 miles
And then again...
Total Est. Time: 44 hours, 48 minutes Total Est. Distance: 3001.81 miles
And then again...
Total Est. Time: 25 hours, 32 minutes Total Est. Distance: 1685.31 miles
And then I moved...
Total Est. Time: 25 hours, 56 minutes Total Est. Distance: 1710.04 miles
And then I moved again, the BIG move...
Total Est. Time: 8 minutes Total Est. Distance: 3.08 miles
And then I moved here.

This is not counting the multiple in-city moves we made, generally about two different houses for each city/town/base we lived in/on.

Being a military brat is fun!

Hurm. I've never been able to make it that quick, if for no other reason than they don't let you cruise at speed through international borders. My best has been a little over 12 hours.

Heh. Mapquest still calls Drum Hill a roundabout, too.
