The best part of the song "Enormous Penis" by Da Vinci's Notebook (lyrics here) is that the intro sounds very harmless, so I have time when I'm at work to turn down the sound before the rest of the office hears the more "colorful" part. ;)

I know that outlander knows exactly what I mean!

Sometimes I wear headphones, but I have to take them off every 5 minutes to answer the phone or greet a visitor anyway. It's just as easy to leave the speakers going quietly... no one seems to mind, and I don't tune out the rest of the world quite as easily. (Which I'd love to do, mind you, but it's not exactly proper for the job.)
