OMG, they wrote it!

Play Peasant's Quest!

Or, if you don't know what it is, watch the trailer.

This game rocks my socks. Now I want to play some old Sierra. Space Quest, anyone?

Heh, I played and completed SQI - IV in a 24 hour period. Man, those were the days...

The amusing thing is, I don't remember actually getting that far playing those games - at that age, I preferred watching (and idolizing) my older brother as he played. To this day I prefer watching others play video/computer games rather than playing them myself (with a few exceptions).

Yeah, kinda like I enjoy watching tarnac lay the smack down on people in the fighting games he plays

That trailer is just so wrong! They showed it being played on an Apple //e with a monochrome monitor, but overlayed the colour images on it. Then, they specified the system requirements as a CGA enabled 286! How can they possibly expect us to take them seriously with mistakes like that!?

...they don't. ;)

If you read carefully, those are maximum requirements.

Yes, I saw that. The wrongness comes from the fact that the Motorola 6502 based Apple //e they showed in the picture was never remotely compatible with an Intel 80286 based IBM PC AT system.
