I would either save more money before moving to Boston, or get a job more quickly after moving here. Then I wouldn't be in so much debt now, which hangs over my head like a big black icky cloud.

Man, after that lead-in, I was saddened to find that that entry is friends-only. Oh well, it was still a great line.

All my life, I've had no regrets. Yeah, there's things I perhaps could have done differently, but I have always been confident that every choice I've made was the best I could have made at that time. Not to say that they've all been good choices, but I haven't regretted them and I would not change them because each one has helped me become the person I am today, and I've been happy with that person.

Until today. I honestly, truely, and deeply regret that I fucked up with Mia. I didn't realize how much I cared about her until it was too late. If I could change one thing, I would not have have cherished her instead of pushing her away. That's it. Kinda sad, huh? I'm not going to post this in my own journal because I've hurt her enough and she doesn't want to hear this again.

Nary a one. Anything in the distant past might change things so that I didn't wind up with kestrell. I briefly considered changing certain work interactions of about a year ago, but I wouldn't have the excellent jonb that I have now if not for that short-term unpleasantness. My own debt is a big black icky cloud as well, but at least I love my work :-)
