If anyone sent an email to my livejournal.com email address with the subject line "Re: your details", an attached file called "your details.ptf" (or something like that; can't remember the extension, just that it wasn't anything I recognized), and the only text being, "Here are your details," it was immediately deleted from my system without the file being touched. If it was a real person, well... don't be so stupid next time.

PIF. It's what Windows 3 used as shortcuts. It's executable, just like EXE, BAT, and SCR. It's a virus. Good no touchy. Bad bother posty.

Well, now I've gotten about 5 other emails of the exact same type, so if I had waited I wouldn't have bothered posting. But I never know, sometime it's possible someone I know is actually trying to send me something and I don't get it because I assume it's a virus... *shrug*
