I asked the FlightAttendants.org forum what ACA would do at an interview that took 6 hours, and here's a response I got:

i did the aca interview and it only took me 4 hours. i was able to catch an earlier flight home. in the interview they first told us about aca. there were 3 interviewers, ann sable, andrea and another flight attendant. we were then given a test. the test was over what we had been told about aca, so pay attention. then we were asked to go out of the room, they came back and called the names of those who could continue on. there were 3 in my interview that did not get called back into the room. they had us pick a question out of a box (customer service oriented) then they had a group exercise where we were to learn about eachother. they had us stand up and tell why we thought the person to our right would be a good flight attendant. after that we left the room again and raided the snack machine and waited to be called into the room for a one on one interview. be confident, and make eye contact with the recruiters and other applicants. i was called to training the next friday ( my interview was on tuesday i believe) and invited to training. good luck to you , knock em dead!!!

Interesting.

it's not great cinema, or anything like that, but i enjoyed it. i think you should see it, especially with your airline interview coming up. :)
