cold weather travel dilemma

Such a toss up. The weather is 3F outside, before windchill (-16C). After windchill it becomes more -20F/-30C. I want to go to the gym. I could walk or ride my bike.

Walking: longer, less wind
Bike: shorter, more wind

What to do, what to do...
