Mine comes from Planescape: Torment (http://www.interplay.com/games/product.asp?GameID=9) [that link is to Interplay's page for the game, which isn't very good, but it's official and crap], an AD&D 2nd Edition-based CRPG devloped by Black Isle and BioWare. It uses the same Infinity Engine as Baldur's Gate, and it's probably the best computer role-playing game I've ever played. The plot is complex and fascinating, and hard to predict, the world is incredibly detailed and immersive, the voice acting is surprisingly good, the characters are compelling, and perhaps most impressively, you can take pretty much any moral course you want through the game, and still "win". You actually get to choose what kind of a person your character is.

Yeah, although I'm not incredibly familiar with the game, I know that your pic was taken from it. And that the game was created by Black Isle, which is closing down and not finishing Fallout III.
