on 15 Dec 2003 11:36 (UTC)Right now it's very cold outside, but the sun is shining and the roads are clear (enough for driving, although some have been minimized in the number of lanes they get). The wind is pretty bad, but if you're bundled up enough to go outside at all then you're bundled up enough to handle the wind.
Fear me with the acceptance of cold weather, eh?
