juldeaI went to bed at 2pm today. At 4, I woke up to use the restroom. While there, I noticed that my foot was considerably more swollen than it had been before, and in fact, my toes were turning purple.
This was the last straw. I went to the hospital.
So, I do indeed have a sprained ankle which I should not be walking on yet, and even worse, I might have a blood clot in my calf which has been causing all the pain there. This last part will not be found false until Tuesday, when I have to go in for an ultrasound on my leg.
The good news: my ankle isn't broken, I'm not pregnant (not that it was a worry, but it's always good news), and I've succeeded in putting myself back on a "regular" sleep schedule. Because ohmy, I am about to collapse.
And I got ice cream. :)
As far as money goes, they'll bill me, and I have a chance of signing up for a free medical care program. I'm unsure if I have the right paperwork for them, however, so I might not make that. Too bad, because free would be the bestest.
