Yep, I still want my hair back.

I feel like Kambei, the leader of the Seven Samurai. He shaves his head at the beginning of the movie (there's a reason, but I won't tell you!) and spends the rest of the movie rubbing his head whenever he's uncertain. It's really neat to notice. But yeah, I keep rubbing my head, and there's short hair there, and it makes me want the long hair back.

Well, Tim got a job with Papa John's... the WEST SIDE Papa John's. Woo/doh. I'm happy for him that he got a job, but it sucks that it's not at my store where we could see each other. *pout*

I'm sitting in the lab. I'm terribly tired. I don't know why, but I suppose I don't need an excuse. I'm just tired. I've got 4 more hours before time to go home... I have Donnie Darko with me, so I think I'll pop that in. It's not homework or other important stuff I should be doing, but it's a good movie I like.

It's a slow process, but hair does eventually grow back. :-) It's not gone forever.

(Why don't you like your short hair?)

I don't feel pretty or sexy with it. I feel boyish and dykey.

I suppose a nice part about it, is that while it's growing out, you'll have all sorts of opportunities to experiment, with different lengths of hair.

Be kind to commas.

...or experiment with hats and bandanas and veils. Perhaps I will try to impersonate a Muslim woman.

Commas are a good thing, but there can be too much of a good thing. ;)

:-( Well, if you don't change your mind about it, at least you can take good care of your hair while it's growing out so it will be nice and healthy when it is longer. You can also let your natural color grow in, if you are interested in that. In the meantime, you can put girly gel colors in it, or glitter gels, or maybe little clips once it gets a wee bit longer. Maybe you should wear some clothes that have a low neckline, so you'll have a sexy, exposed neck look.

Well I am certainly conditioning it well and regularly, so it should be happy hair when it grows out. I just have to wait... :P

I don't have any girly clips... but I'm sure that can be fixed. And with summer-clothes weather coming up, I will be able to wear a lot more sexy tops (not turtlenecks, for example) that will hopefully detract from my boyish feeling. We'll see I guess...
