I'm stuck at the computer lab for work for 10 hours and VNC isn't working from here :( I have no access to my home computer, email, chat programs.... sigh.
Yeah, I broke down and installed Trillian here, which kicked me off at home, and then I had to log off here because of the class that comes in... so now I'm completely offline. But I'm heading home rather soon.
You could install the web-interface for Remote Desktop Client on your home XP machine. That way you can access it like VNC, but w/o needing admin rights on the machine in the lab.
