Still no sleep, and yet I just finished running, and...

5 min. walking
6 min. running
3 min. walking
3 min. running
3 min. walking
6 min. running
4 min. walking

That's a LOT for someone who only re-started working out a few weeks ago. In fact, two weeks ago I couldn't imagine running for 6 minutes straight. I was doing 2 minute stretches and dying afterwards ;) Amazing what keeping with a program will do for you!

I know! I feel so good about myself :) I guess choosing running for my workouts was good because there's visible results in my ability even before there's visible results in my body, hehehe.
