baronbrian, and that's all I'm going to list ;)
Favorite meal to make for myself
A huge chef salad. Lettuce (more than just iceberg), spinach, carrots, onions, tomatoes, sprouts, cheese, turkey, sunflower seeds & other crunchy toppings... anything else available... and italian dressing.
Favorite dish to make for other people
Potato soup with sausage (or veggie sausage if preferred)!
Favorite dish that I make only for other people
Ummm... I don't make anything ONLY for other people. If I make it, I'm going to eat it too. :)
Favorite meal to have someone else (but not a restaurant) cook for me
Lasagna
Favorite comfort food
Ben 'n' Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream... vegetable soup...
Favorite food smell
sauteed mushrooms and onions
Favorite dish to take to potlucks, picnics, or the like
the afore-mentioned potato soup
Favorite quasi-fancy thing to whip up on short notice
Vegetable soup (quasi-fancy when made from scratch with ingredients like zucchini...)
Five indispensable basic ingredients that I always have in my kitchen
Pasta, rice, chicken broth, garlic salt, whole peppercorns & grinder
Item that I would never, ever consider NOT making from scratch
Tuna salad
Favorite new meal (something you made for the first time within the last two months; can be a recipe you followed or a meal you invented yourself)
Stir fry with random "non-oriental" frozen vegetables (stuff you wouldn't normally find in stir fry), angel-hair pasta, stir fry and soy sauces...
