I just saw the movie Drumline with Tiffany. She called and pulled me out of my rut and out of my apartment and we, as band dorks, indulged. And it was worth it; while not a spectacular movie by any means, it fed my love of marching band and my need to turn my mind off for a while. Now I'm tempted to go to dci.org... Perhaps I will persue that route in the future. Would need to get quite in shape, physically and musically.

Tiffany also helped me out with experimentation by using some of her need-to-be-used meal plan points to buy me a 20oz. diet vanilla coke. I was curious about it, but not curious enough to spend the money on one for myself, since there was a high probability I'd think it was disgusting. It's not that bad, actually... it's good in single sips, but I can't chug it. The bottle is still 2/3 full and I've had it for almost 3 hours now. ;)

I've got 8 hours to write my paper. Why haven't I written it yet? Well, after today's philosophy final I came home and somehow got sucked into reading TipThePizzaGuy.com for two hours (I read all of the actual content on the entire site), then I took a nap from 4:30-7:30, then I talked/whined at Jason for two hours before Tiffany called me. I was not in the right mental state to concentrate on a paper, but I think I am now.

I'll attempt not to overly post tonight while procrastinating. ;)

So yea, I happen to have a bunch of mp3s of DCI's old shows. Hurray for quads, they make me all tingly.

Yeah, this movie focused mostly on the snares, but quads are where it's at!

I wish DCI videos weren't, like, $100.

Oh well, when I move to the northeast I'll be able to attend the shows myself. MUAH!

Plus there's a whole bunch of senior corps in the northeast I could join. *wistful sigh*

So, do you (or any delivery person) not get the delivery charge that's tacked on for pizza delivery? I was always led to thinking that you do, and it's part of the tip??

There is no such thing at my store as a delivery charge... Delivery is 'free'. So all I know about delivery charges is what that site says about them. I haven't been in the business long. ;)

Long enough to appreciate a lot of what that guy is saying, though... NEVER PUT A GOLD OR BRONZE NUMBER ON YOUR HOUSE! *muttering*
