juldea: (sleepy)

Malcolm rules. Jayne sucks. That's all I have to say about tonight's episode of "Firefly".

Papa John's closes at 3am. A church called at 2:45 and ordered 24 pizzas. Just like that. I didn't leave the store until 4am. :(

For a few months now, there's been a recurring theme in my dreams. I'll be driving, come to a situation where I need to slow down (generally slow down VERY QUICKLY), and applying pressure to my brakes does very little. I will push more with my foot, and I might feel a slight decrease in my speed, but nothing major. I will push, and put all my weight on the brake, and time will be running out for my car to stop moving... Generally the dream doesn't get much further than that, but it spends a very long time on the I-can't-brake process.

I believe this dream to be very, very representative of my current worries and woes. In the words of Vanilla Ice, "Stop that train, I wanna get off." In the words of Joel Hodgeson, "I'm sorry folks, I can't stop it!"

The following is a quiz result:

If you were to commit suicide, you would overdose. Because of the intensity of your depression, you've built death up as the only way for you to end your pain. You're extremely pessimistic and you regularly do things that are harmful to you as a way of managing and controlling your emotions. You have a slightly unrealistic view of yourself and others, which contributes greatly to your difficulty in expressing what you feel. How would you commit suicide?

Is it bad that I grammar-corrected that before posting it? I also removed the picture, because it was just filler.

Work at noon. Vroom vroom, as it were.

what a disturbing quiz. there was no option of "self-mutilation makes me want to vomit, and not in a bulimic way." apparently i would hang myself. that seems extremely unlikely. even if i were in the market for suicide, i mean.

Yeah, apparently I'll be swinging from a tree, too. I hate online quizzes, the answers always have a stupid slant form the author, and this one was the poster child. :P

i really like quizzes, usually. i guess this author's perspective was sufficiently different from mine to make it seem as dumb as most quizzes seem to other people ;)
