Yet another power blink. Earlier this morning. Yet again jarred awake by the security alarm going off. This is beginning to piss me off. I'm going back to the apartment manager and asking them exactly why they didn't tell me this happened (when I went yesterday, they said it had been happening for a while. pre-existing condition. I'm fairly certain I have the right to be told about that, right?)

Well, found out at work today that it's not just me and it's not just my complex, it's all of this block of Norman (and maybe more). It's OG&E being bitches, not my apartment people. Grr.
