So, on a scale of 1-10, today sucked.

That line is a rewording of a Buffy quote, so don't blame me if it's stupid.

It did well at the beginning, but at some mid-way point descended into badness. It attempted to climb out of this hole, but fell back in again. Now I'm home, sleepy, and going to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

For Rachel (since you're not on AIM for me to leave you a message): nice-but-not-sweet things are appreciated

Well I'm all booked up through Tuesday night at 7:30... but I'm free then... and I'm free on Wednesday night this week, which is not usual. It all depends on when you're actually going to leave, now.

when i'm going to leave..........well that all depends. the good news is we've got the sweetest deal possible waiting for us in LA! it's a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a den, a fireplace, a hot tub! and even a white picked fence!!! and it's only going to be $260 a month per person! i can't get a piece of shit in norman for that cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the bad news is that we have to wait on someone to move out before we can move in and that could be as late as november 1st. in the mean time i'm sitting on my ass ready to go. i hope and prey that i'll get a phone call tomorrow saying that the guy has moved out but somehow i doubt it will happen. so yeah my scedule is almost completly open! just name a time your free to get together and i'm there.

ummmm. have you SEEN this mythical place? that doesn't seem *impossible* in LA, but it sure does smack of a concealed rotten deal. let me just tell you. $260 a month per person is NOT what we are paying for our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with no hot tub and no den. it's not even half. or even a third. this causes me to raise my eyebrows and wonder what kind of house this is, and who is telling you about it, and how the HELL it's that cheap in a place like this.

the house is owned by the good friend of a good friend and that's why he's giving us such a hell of a deal. i myself have not seen the house however those who are soon to be my new roomates, who i would trust with far more than my life, have and have guranteed it's worthiness. i know what prices are like in LA and that's why we can't pass this one up. it's the kind of deal that can make one believe in god all over again (not that i didn't already). before we found the house we were looking at 3 people living in a small studio apartment and it still wasn't going to be that cheap.
