A slice of cheese pizza, thin crust, has 233 calories.
A breadstick has 140 calories.
A cheesestick has 90 calories.
A chickenstrip has 83 calories.

I feel the need to memorize these numbers, or have them written on a piece of paper that I always take to work.

If only those numbers would *always* work. I cave in because I use numbers from the other side of the equation. breadstick = 140 calories 20 minutes on the stairmaster = (-200) calories Woohoo! Now I have 60 calories to work with! How many calories is the dipping sauce? Argh.

Depends on which sauce you're referring to :)

The pizza sauce has the fewest calories. The little tub total has 25. The garlic butter has 285 calories total. EEK.

wow, especially since i think it tastes great to dump a whole one on a baked potato. maybe i should stick with the light margarine and the garlic salt.

A Big Ed's Super Saucer Chocolate Chip Cookie ice cream sandwich has 630 calories. Hot damn, I love those things. A gift from the gods, though from a convenience store, it can be up to $2. With two bagels, a soda, and a banana, it makes the perfect midafternoon snack. ;-)
