My voice is on local radio. Go me. I want to call up and demand payment. ;)

Worked out for a while at Huston today. Found a machine I liked with a working heart rate monitor. Whee!

Also read some Sandman, as in Neil Gaiman. Was my first time reading that one, and I enjoyed it. I'm going to read the next two, which Lyle has borrowed from Janke, as soon as possible.

I've hit my second wind, and it's a very bad time. I'd like to be able to wake up and function semi-early tomorrow morning. We'll see.

It's been a good day.

Working heart rate monitors are GREAT! There's one at my gym that constantly tells me my heart is beating at a rate of 220 beats per minute. I always check to make sure it hasn't EXPLODED out of my chest and splatted onto the screen!

Yeah, there's one machine at Huffman where the monitor tells me my HR is ~90 when I count it as (by the six-seconds-times-10 method) 130, and ~210 when my count is 160. Silly machine.

If you like Neil Gaiman, you should read "American Gods".

Found at my local comic book shop?

Oh. Well, probably not--though I've known a number of good comic book stores to carry books as well. It's an actual novel of his. If you're interested in something more humorous, he co-authored a book called "Good Omens" with Terry Pratchett. :-)

Oh, well, book stores are easier to find. :) And even better, libraries, where I don't have to spend money... Not that I don't want to support Gaiman's work!

*grin* You support him by taking his works out of the library--those are tracked and reported too, actually. :-)
