What: The Orfeo Group's production of THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (abridged).
When: Tomorrow, Sun Aug 16. 5:30-6:00.
Where: The Publick Theater in Christian Herter Park, 1175A Soldiers Field Road, Brighton, MA, 02163.
How: By car (free parking!) or public transit (easiest is the 86 bus from Harvard Square to Everett Street.)
Why: Because it's awesome.
Other information: $15; either reserve online or pay at the "door": based on last week's showing, there'll be no problems paying at the door. Theater is open-air, kind of like this. Seating is a center section of stadium-like folding plastic seats and side sections of bench seats. We want the front row and stadium seats of course. :) Make sure to dress weather-appropriately.
Food options are either we all bring something and picnic or (as
zapf and I found out last time) there's a fantastic diner nearby, The Breakfast Club. I tweeted a pretty good review of it last time. I will definitely at least need to stop by to get as large of a sour green apple smoothie as they will give me. I believe my mission will be based on
londo's malt mission. How much green apple smoothie will kill me? Let's find out! But anyway, do people want to picnic, diner it, or decide these things solo?
