I slept for 9 hours. After going to bed at 5am. Can anyone recommend a method to start getting back on a normal sleep schedule? When I return to Norman, I'm going to have to start being awake at 8am for classes. I want this to be something feasible. Perhaps I'll just have to adopt Waylon's method of never, ever, for any reason, being awake past midnight.

I do this all the time, on weekends and vacations. Sometimes the only way i've been able to get out of it is to stay up for 24 hours, so that i can get to sleep at the right time and kind of jump-start myself back onto a normal schedule... sometimes it works, sometimes it just scres my head up, admittedly...

The only problem with doing that is I tend to sleep for about 12 hours after being awake for a long time. I want to get on a 7-8 hour schedule.
