Tonight I finished putting contact paper on all the kitchen cabinets. Directly thereafter, I took all plates, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs, etc from their various homes and organized them on the kitchen table in sets. Then I decided which sets went into the display cupboard and which went into the usable cupboards, and organized them by large plates, small plates, bowls, plastic cups, glasses, and mugs.

I put a note above the sink that says, "I just spent a long, anal-retentive time rearranging the kitchen. Please take note of where things go now. Thank you."

The cable modem here is having difficulties every now and then. Twice now since it was set up I've come home to have no connection. I therefore apologize for the sporadicity of my presence. Did I just make up a word?

I've had a great two days with Jason.

We're both reading Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. I consider the book to be, so far, very helpful.

I'm surprised at how 'Venusian' I am. And Jason is totally Martian.

Er, I'm not surprised that I'm a woman and Jason's a man. ;) Just that we fall directly into this guy's categories of woman and man.

I was really skeptical before I read it but I thought it made some really good points.

Save me, Dropo!

Wait a minute... if men are from Mars, does that mean that Santa Claus is going to try to conquer us? Noooooo! Stop him, Dropo!

Um... ok, that was obscure...

Also, why the hell did I wake up this early?

That was obscure, but I got it :)

I think you should just be happy that Santa hasn't shown up with his evil laughing reindeer yet. *shudder*

Evil laughing reindeer? Nooooo! Save me Jebus!

I just realized something funny. With my restrictive diet that I'm following, the middle day has the best food. That, plus the fact that I should be really hungry means that it's not likely I'll miss a meal.

Except last night I forgot to eat dinner. I just forgot to do it.
... that seems odd to me...

I've forgotten to eat before. My stomach usually reminds me.

Were you busy with something?

I dozed off early... but it was still like 8 or so before I did that... I wasn't really busy.
