Those didn't go so well. Note to self: Core sucks when 1) office is giving free food, especially nummy deserts, and 2) eating out.

Breakfast:
1 Eggo homestyle waffle (2 points)
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups skim milk
1/3 cup canned pears
ffsf hot cocoa

Lunch:
2 slices Weight Watchers brand whole wheat bread (1 point)
1 can chunk light tuna in water
1/4 cup ff sour cream
lettuce, onion, tomato
1 Claussen Kosher dill pickle half
1 carrots
1 baked potato
1 apple
1/4c honey roasted peanuts (4 points)
2 small oatmeal raisin cookies (3 points)
1/2 piece chocolate cake w/ chocolate frosting (2.5 points)
'hunk' of French bread (1.5 points)

Dinner:
I fell asleep before dinner.

1/2 banana
strawberries

Dinner:
bowlful of baby carrots
