There are lifeguards around most of the time, so we can't just jump into the deep end. We're having to stick our toes in when they're not watching. It's quite frustrating. But hey, splashing around in the shallow is fun too, so I'm not going to complain too much!

I get to sleep with Whiskers tonight!! Big fat cat... I took some pictures of him today, and will have them up as soon as I go out to my car to get the camera cable and the program to put on Jason's comp. Oh, I also took pictures of this kickass rainbow that showed up today. :)

I bought new walmart sneakers today. They're pretty badass. White, black, sparkly blue, and sparkly silver. I found out that if I say, "I need to go to walmart to get new sneakers," to Jason, I won't be allowed in any other part of the store besides shoes. ;) He knows me too well... Oh, but we went into electronics too, to see if they had the new DDR. They didn't.

We saw Spiderman tonight. I think it was very good. And you don't even have to know the story already to enjoy it.

Now, it's bedtime. I'm exhausted. ;)

"they" being parents? i know that some parents are really cool with their kids having sex in their house, but i know that lots of them aren't. my mom wouldn't let me and nick share a room, even though we were getting married later in the week. especially when there are younger siblings, parents are often pretty strict about what will and will not happen in their house.

of course, there are *always* ways around it. or there's always the option of respecting the rules. :)
