My stupid dream ambushed me!! :(
I was walking up to a video rental store, drying off my hair with a towel because it had been raining (it made sense). There was a scruffy guy in mismatched clothes who tried to get my attention and say we were friends and follow me and pick me up, but I ignored him and entered the store, jostling some other tall guy on the way. I started browsing movies and noticed commotion at the front of the store... turns out there was blood all over the floor that someone was mopping up. I looked and saw that the scruffy guy had come inside and his pants legs were COVERED in blood... but my feet were also tracking blood! A cop happens to be there and converges on scruffy guy. Just then the tall guy grabs me from behind and puts a knife to my neck - he's the murderer! The other guy is some looney who's a decoy for the cops. The tall guy whispers, "I'm sorry," and pushes his knife into my neck and I wake up.
