juldea: (glamorous)
Paychecks (2) in the bank. Direct deposit finally went through, and the most recent paycheck was credited today, the same day as the last paycheck showed up in the bank after getting here late and being mailed to the bank.

Turned around and paid many bills: credit cards, rent, bursar, insurances. Other things will be paid for soon, like depo. Depo appointment is Monday night. I have been told that the clinician there will determine whether I need to take any particular tests before I get the shot.

Just finished cleaning a vacant apartment for a stood-up real estate agent (the cleaning person she had hired had to cancel). Got $32 and a juice drink (only 10% juice, bah!) out of the deal, just had to do some simple wiping and scrubbing and sweeping. And inhaling lots of products. Unfortunately I wasn't aware that the air conditioning was available and I did all of this in an 80 degree household with the oven cleaning itself, adding to the heat. Oh well, a little sweat doesn't hurt. Neither does a lot of sweat. ;)

Now it's time to go to Jason's and eat lobster for the first time in my life. I hope I like it. If not, I'll just eat more corn and potatoes, and raid their fridge. They should be used to that by now.
