Uh oh, I shouldn't be up this late. Bad for the sleeping schedule. Oh well =P

I finally got some pictures put up after the extended absence of my computer. Included are: the long-awaited picture of my new navel jewelry, some cat photos (of course), and pictures of another new friend at my house. ;)

Also, I have put up the pictures from JUNE's dinner party. They're in no particular order. Actually... they're in alphabetical order. I just noticed.

So, Excel is pretty nifty-handy and helped me figure out a few things. First off, I'm using it to budget, which is good. My "$70-a-week" weeks start on Saturdays and last until Fridays, and guess what... I've already spent ~$27 more than the $70 I set aside for this week. For those curious, it was $40 at Walmart, $20 for gas, $10 at Pratt's, and $20 at Albertsons. Then some extraneous stuff. The good news is, my fridge is stocked. :) No eating out this week... I'm trying to decide if I should dock that $27 from next week's budget since most of the food will last until then as well (and things like cat litter and paper towels) or if I should just write it off and let myself have a new $70 next week. The first option teaches me to spend more wisely...

Secondly, Excel took in the 2+ months of weight data I have been keeping track of and made me a nice little line of best fit to estimate for me when I'd reach certain goals. :) For those who care: the equation is y = -.17x + 158.81. The x value is number of days since I began keeping track, with May 27th being day 1. I'm on day 78 right now. :) I'm losing approx. 5 pounds a month, which is nice and healthy. I started at 159.5, and I'll reach 140 around September 13th (110 days) and 135 around October 13th (140 days). That's as far as I plan to go. However, theoretically I could reach 100 pounds (assuming the weight loss would always be linear, ha... at that point my body would revolt because I would be losing vital organs) after 346 days... May 7th of next year. ;)

Oh, also, Brendan's wish list gave me the idea of making my own, just to have it. My birthday is already past this year, and Christmas isn't until far away, but it seems like a good idea to have a constant place to put things you want - for your reminder as much as reminding people who tend to buy gifts for you. I haven't made mine up yet, but it will probably be here.

Ok, enough ranting. Time to let myself and my computer sleep. Hopefully the kitties will calm down, too. =P

My wishlist is up. :)

Now it's time for a long day of laundry and cooking. Then, if I have time, I will take my computer back to Best Buy. Hopefully they won't have to keep it long and there's a quick fix to my problem. *cross fingers*

But first, breakfast. Pizza anyone? :)

Ok, so I got all my laundry sorted (6 loads) and hoofed it over to the Parkview laundrimat. It was empty. And I don't just mean there weren't any other people in there. All the washers and dryers were removed; they're renovating. I hope we get new washers/dryers, and a change machine. So I got in my car and drove to the Happiness Hotel, hoping I could pay them $1 per load to do my laundry there. No one was awake except for Shane, who told me that their dryer had apparently suffered from an overdose of "delay" gel and took about 6-7 hours to dry a load of laundry. Well, I don't have that much time. ;) I'm scared of laundrimats other than the Parkview one. So I called my mom, to see if I could do laundry there. No answer. Same with my sister. I left messages for both of them, so I guess I'll just wait to hear from them.

And while I wait, I'm going to take my computer in to Best Buy and see if they can fix the DVD-Rom drive. If you don't see me tonight, you'll see me tomorrow around 11cst. *wave*

I'm at my mommy's house!

I came here to do laundry, and decided I'd just spend the night for 2 reasons... 1) the dryer heats up the apartment and it's warm enough in here right now, and 2) the place where I want to drop off my computer in the morning is on the way home from here. So I'm going to spend the night, have clean clothing in the morning, drop my computer off, and try to make it to work at 11 to train Crouch. Heehee.

Anyway, yeah. Gotta drop my computer off again. In town, relatively, though, and hopefully it won't take longer than a week. =P *cross fingers*
