juldeaMy baby will be gone all weekend long. :(
They have done blood work and x-rays now, and nothing conclusive. However, she lost 2oz (~57g) in 2 days, which is bad, and she's pretty dehydrated. They're giving her subcutaneous (spelling?) fluids and keeping her there over the weekend. They didn't see anything specific in the x-rays except for the fact that she's all blocked up. They hope that with the hydration that things will start moving again, and maybe if there IS some blockage she can pass it herself. If not...
Sigh. This alone is going to cost $350. That's more than a plane ticket. Damn. Guess that's what safety nets are for...
