winter cleaning
20 December 2002 14:36Today is the first day in months (I believe) where I do not have school OR work, even at the lab. Therefore, I am spending it on housework (I have spent the past 5 hours helping Tim move - his entire studio apartment's worth of stuff is living on my balcony for the break, afterwards it shall move into his new Parkview apartment!) Here is what I shall do (not in chronological order):
laundry (2-3 loads)
dishes (possibly two loads)
deposit recycling
grocery shop
sort through three boxes of stuff I got from my dad (hopefully finding piano music)
organize things that need organizing (books, movies, papers)
vacuum living room and bedroom
sweep kitchen and bathroom
clean bathtub
shower
clean litterbox
put new textbooks on sale on half.com
take out trash
possibly re-arrange living room (
static had an idea that would not block the fireplace - the problem is that I would have to learn for CERTAIN how to hook up all my gadgets!)
possibly work on installing my printer (have to use a hacked driver)
possibly work on sewing projects
possibly finish sorting through the remaining boxes in my bedroom
possibly put up pictures, posters, etc
I guess that's it. I am going to make a 'hard' copy to put on the wall or something, and cross out with a big fat permanent marker when it's done. Let's begin!!
