Right, so, the night before a week-long road trip to Balitmore/D.C. to visit my cousin and go to the annual Mud Party, I realize that a large chunk of tooth is mysteriously missing.
This is part of the tooth that had the root canal done. The missing part is, however, actual original Julia tooth and not enamel or wax or whatever they filled it with.
Now I will possibly have to move back our trip... I'm assuming that I will be able to walk into a dentist's office tomorrow here in Boston and say, "Can you help me? Part of my tooth fell out." And luckily my insurance company is cool and I can find a dentist on my plan online.
I tried to take pictures (oh yeah, my camera is miraculously fixed!! I don't know how...), but since it's back molar it's pretty impossible to get a good shot. I really don't know why anyone would want to see it, anyway.
I was eating pita chips and hummus when it disappeared. I guess the chips were crunchy enough that I didn't feel tooth-crunching.
Blah.
At least it doesn't hurt?
