Saute:
1/2 an eggplant, cubed
1 zucchini, cut into sticks
6-7 large mushrooms, chopped
2 smallish onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Add one glass jar of Adriana's mother's homemade tomato sauce (her family is full-blood Italian).
Add to a 3-4 cups cooked spaghetti.
Stir.
Eat until you burst.
