I won't explain the circumstances; I like the idea of letting you all imagine them. So for some mysterious reason, I brought home this letter for goldbug (et al):

To whom it may concern:

Julia had the unpleasant duty of sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing during her time here @ Papa John's. Please have mercy on her and exclude her from her quite necessary duties of cleaning the cat litter for this one evening. Thank you for your consideration and time in this matter.

I think maybe he should've written one to Pixel as well, saying "Please excuse the fact that your litterbox won't be clean until tomorrow, and don't punish Julia by using anything else as your restroom."
