juldeaPixel is being a freak this morning... but I like it!
When I woke up about 15 minutes ago and got out of bed, she hopped out with me and with a insistent meow, ran into the living room. Curious, I followed her, but all she did was weave between my legs a bit. I headed to the bathroom, and the whole time I was in there she just did loops around my legs, rubbing up against me. So I asked her what was up (hey, it works with Brendan's dog Mishka). As I left the bathroom she ran ahead of me into the living room again, so I followed. She sat in the middle of the rug and scratched the rug a bit (not sure how else to describe this), meowed at me again, went over to the pile of stuff I made after cleaning yesterday and started rubbing her face against various things, and still meowing at me. So I went over and sat down - the style where my knees are sticking out and my feet are together, making a diamond with my legs. She came over and circled around me a few times, rubbing up against my back, and then very insistently stepped right into the diamond my legs made and looked up at me and meowed. I obliged and started petting her, and she settled down with her forepaws draped over my left leg and purrrrred and purrrrrred. Since I had seen her rubbing her face on things, I threw in a few scratches to her cheeks, and of course she loved it. After maybe 5-10 minutes of that (!) she finally got up.
Now she and Matrix are playing. :)
Do you think Pixel knows that I'll be gone in a month? That she needs to get her lovin' in now?
