juldeaMatrix scared me just now!!
I woke up to Pixel purring and kneading the pillow next to my head. She does that because she loves me. :) I woke up and started petting her, then looked down at my feet for Matrix. She wasn't curled up right next to my feet, so I looked around the room. Still didn't see her. I moved around my comforter and there she was... Lying kind of angled towards the wall, with her face IN the wall. I thought this was silly and reached over to pet her head and tell her so, and her head didn't move. I said, "Matrix?!?" and went to lift her up. For a second, she was absolutely limp and I almost had a heart attack. Then, she opened her eyes and turned her head to look at me. She looked VERY sleepy. If cats have REM cycles, I must've awakened her in the middle of one. Anyway, after that she moved to the center of the bed, and now she's walking around fine, so I guess there's no problem... it just really scared me.
