Sushi and Knights!

juldeaI had a great evening! Ryan and I went to Sushi Plus for dinner, and I really did have a piece of sushi with raw fish in it! It was perfectly delicious. I had some wasabi too. :) I am no longer a sushi virgin, either. Hooray! I recommend that restaurant to anyone who wants to try sushi without fear, because it's an all-you-can-eat buffet of sushi AND regular old chinese buffet food. So if you don't like the sushi, you can get sesame chicken and lo mein and stuff. Of course, it's expensive chinese food, since you pay for sushi too, and sushi is expensive...
Then we decided to see A Knight's Tale (the movie), but we had an hour until it started so we stopped at Henry Hudson's for a beer. The waitress wished me a happy birthday, even though I've been 21 for 2 months now. Heh.
Then we went to see the movie. We were 2 of the 3 people in the theater, so we got to have fun and laugh at it. :) Which was possible, because it's such a fun flick. If you can get over the pure absurdity of imagining a crowd of medieval peasants singing Queen's "We Will Rock You" (the hardest part of the movie to swallow, and unfortunately at the very beginning) then you'll enjoy the movie. I certainly did. :)
So now I'm back home, hugging my kitties, and letting you all know how fun of a night I had.
